Printer setup

JDE 9.2

TR 9.2.6.1

We setup a printer through JDE printer application. The printer is in Florida on a different network than our Enterprise server (Dallas). We are unable to print.

Need to know what other configuration we are missing to be able to print our checks on the printer in FL.
