Prevent the users from hiding General Comments added to the Creation step of any BP

in Unifier (MOSC) 7 comments

By default, comments in the BP record will be hidden upon creation unless the user specifically chooses to disable/uncheck the "Hide" checkbox. Our objective is to prevent users from hiding General Comments that are added during the Creation step of any BP.
