Assets transferred to same dept - no longer appear in reports

Asset Management, Image 40, PT 8.59

A group of assets were inadvertently transferred to the same department. The net effect of the In/Out should not impact the assets and they should continue to be reporting in the same department.

For some reason they no longer appear in a report for that department. I'm wondering if it has to do with the Active Sw:

And what is the remedy so that these assets appear in reports?
