OKS - Can we capture Service Contract Entitlements and Benefit availed

Module - Oracle Service Contract.

The business requirement is to have a service contract and the customer is entitled to say 10 free product replacement or 10 free battery replacement or 10 free inspection over the period of contract. The entitlement / benefit both in terms of the type and number could vary contract and to contract. So when creating a contract we need to capture this entitlement and as and when the product is replaced or new battery is shipped or inspection done, this is also captured.

Is this something that can be accomplished in service contract module. I do not think counters can do it.
