Help With Router Calculations - E9.1 R30822A

I have been pouring over Documents 1381378.1 and 881632.1 and I'm thoroughly lost on how JDE is calculating the time for LTCV and LTPU.

Assumptions:

∙ We are using 16 hour work days in both constants and work centers.

∙ Yield is 100% for work center and router.

∙ TIMB is 4 on both the router and Item Branch.

This router has two steps:

The setup for each work center is as follows:

Currently, my LTPU is calculated at 19.68. Based on the calculation in Doc 1381378.1, I can only get it to 17.42 (Step 1 = 1.39 + 8.97; Step 2 = 28.24 / 4).

Currently, my LTCV is calculated at 1.23. Using the interactive calculation sheet from Doc 881632.1, my number is microscopic. (Step 1 = 10.36 / 10000 hours / 16 workcenter hours /1 employee ; Step 2 = 28.24 / 10000 hours / 16 workcenter hours / 4 employees).
