Oracle SBC | International Calls not working

Good day,

Hope someone can assist me please

Currently we are having issues with calling international numbers - ranging from 11 - 14 digits

When we call the same numbers from Skype it works and are able to see them hitting the SBC

But when calling from a deskphone, we cannot see them reaching the SBC, nor can the service provider see anything on their end.

What could possibly be the issue? Is there additional config required to allow international dialling on the SBC?
