get User Session and perform action without User interference

Hi Team,

Siebel Loyalty 22.6

Scenario:

I have a incoming request to search for a contact in CRM with the Siebel LOGIN ID as one of the elements. Using this LOGIN ID, can I get the Active Session validation and do some action like popup contact details on his/her CRM Screen without User interaction/interference?

Just like CTI does, want to display incoming caller details but without User performing any action to trigger the process?

Looking for ideas, on how to get User session control and popup a window. Is this possible?
