Flex Accounting not utilizing setup from various tables

Currently trying to process Inventory Adjustments using R47121 or P4114. Flex setup for F0101 or F4111 data item setup is accessed but the lookup to either of those tables does not return any values. G/L validation to the F0901 is invalid as the Flex for the sub-account portion of the G/L account is 'blank'.

When running the R47121 w/debug turned on, the lookup to get the Flex config occurs; but the function that would utilize the config to access the tables to return the specified data elements fails an subsequently returns 'blank'. It almost seems that the inbound data from the F47122 table or grid cache when using the P4114 application is not recognized when trying to run the functions used to develop the values.
