Oracle SOA Suite 10g, 11gv4, 11gv7 e 12c Network Traffic Load Report

Hi, there!

I was asked to generate report containing daily network traffic load for above mentioned product versions in order to calculate costs to migrate on-premises installations to cloud in the near future.

After some googling I´ve found out that version 12.2.1 has IWS Report which maybe would be useful, but unfortunately we have many installations using older versions.

Please, any ideas/suggestions are welcome.
