ESBC S0P0 and S0P1 DN State

Version: SCZ8.4.0 Patch 2 (Build 151) - VM build

I have a Oracle ESBC that I've built for lab and for the life of me I can't seem to figure out why the S0P0 and S0P1 interfaces won't come up. I've created 2 physical interfaces, 2 network interfaces tied to the physical interfaces and 2 realms tied to those.

Same subnet on both interfaces. Management IP is on the same subnet and I can successfully SSH into it along with PING the gateway from the management port via CLI.

Performed the following troubleshooting:

Show Interfaces brief and see Oper Stat as dn on both interfaces
