Is it possible to backup and restore concurrent programs schedule?

EBS 12.2.10. It has happened couple of times that due to some issue we have had to manually change the status code, phase code of the running, pending concurrent requests, with the result that all our concurrent request schedules were disabled permanently and we had to manually schedule them all again. Is there a way to avoid this - by taking backup of the schedules and then restoring them - or by some other means?
