Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Sales order stuck at booked status

Hi,

While opening the sales order, order form gives two notes as mentioned below :

Please enter a valid value for pricing region. it should not be null
No record exists in Custom Order Table for this Order

Could yo please advise the root cause and remedy.
