Upgrading Database from 12.1.0.2 to 19.18.0.0

Missed to execute the below step and proceeded with remaining steps. Any workaround to proceed further.

Interoperability Notes: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Oracle Database 19c (Doc ID 2552181.1)

Create the initialization parameter setup files

Now pending at below step to proceed.

Update the CDB initialization parameters
