Can we install ECC in two or more separated steps?

Dear All,

We just upgrade EBS from 12.2.11 to EBS 12.2.12.

Oracle EBS Upgrade from 12.2.11 To 12.2.12 — oracle-mosc

We are going to install and use ECC for the first time. We are planning to install ECC on separate server.

We are following: Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 (Latest Version) (Doc ID 2495053.1).

In SECTION 4: CONFIGURING ORACLE ENTERPRISE COMMAND CENTER FRAMEWORK

There are patches needed to be applied to appsTier before continuing installing ECC.

Question is: Can we apply these patches, for example now, then later, maybe after one week, we continue installing ECC?

Or we have to install ECC in one continues step?
