When applying patch using adop i encoutered an error" AutoPatch error: Error running SQL and EXEC commands in parallel", i further checked on logs thats when i saw this error"FAILED: file adctxpkg.sql on worker 1 for product ad username APPLSYS."

The adctxpkg.sql is failing to run, even when you run it individually using sqlplus apps/apps

@adctxpkg.sql manager CTXSYS APPS

I get this error:

Please assist.
