Mass Update of Requisition Status

I have identified a large number of requisitions within Oracle Cloud that need to be updated to cancelled (current status are rejected, withdrawn, incomplete).

Looking for suggestions on any methods of a bulk update as well as continuous management of the data. Is there any processes that will update all requisitions from rejected to cancelled?

How do other companies keep the requisition data up to date?
