Can you download quote History XML using REST API?

Hi everyone, I would like to know if it's possible to download quote History XML using REST API or if there is any other way to automate or bulk download the history for more than 1 quote at a time.

Please note I'm not sure if this is the right category for the question, if not please indicate which one should be.
