How do we create a database dump of our information when ceasing renewal?

We are using Taleo Business Edition (TBE), and have notified Oracle we will not be proceeding with a renewal post August. I have been advised by our Account Manager and Oracle Support to find out how to do a database dump. Could someone please assist me so we can action this prior to the cessation of our contract? Thanks
