We have a Sales Order that was ship confirmed with mismatched quantity.

The ordered quantity is around 928 PCK.

The shipping quantity is 18600 PC.

The conversion is 20 PC = 1 PCK

The above transaction should only be at 18560 PC but the inventory transaction is 18600.
