Does General Ledger affected by Critical Patch Updates(CPU) April, 2023 on database server matrix?

Oracle Database , Version: 19.14

Oracle E-business Suite General Ledger: 12.2.7

Dear Experts :

In Oracle Critical Patch Update April 2023, there are three vulnerabilities affect Oracle database 19c.

CVE-2023-21934、CVE-2023-21918、CVE-2023-24998

Since our general ledger using oracle database 19c, we would like to know that does general ledger affected by these vulnerabilities ?

(Does General Ledger use the compoments affected by vulnerabilities ?)

Becauese every time we update or set patch on general ledger(or database), it might cost some time and resource, if general ledger is not using the components affected by these vulnerabilities, we might not put patched this time, but put patches together next time.
