TMS Options for MOT and Carrier Default

When I create a sales order, a shipment is created at the same time. I'm trying to determine what is driving the MOT and Carrier on the SO detail line. There is no MOT or Carrier on the SO Header.

There is nothing on Customer Master and I haven't found it in a TMS preference. What else could be driving those fields to be populated immediately after SO/Shipment creation.
