chactl issue (memory usage and error with status check)

Hello,

I noticed that the 2nd node of our X8-L (ora 19.9) cluster has a very huge consuming process.

       total    used    free   shared buff/cache  available

Mem:      376G    330G     38G    1.8G    7.5G     39G

Swap:      23G     11G     12G
