Mass Update Chartfields for Par Carts?

Hello! Is there a way to mass update the chartfields for a par cart? For example, our organization tends to build new par carts by copying existing ones, since many items are the same. However, the new cart needs to have a different department code, and the copy function takes the same department as the copied cart and applies it to the new cart. Is there a way to then update all the lines on the new cart to the new department code?
