How to capture more than 3000 character T&C on a PO and display it on the PO .pdf as well

in CRM On Demand - Reports and Dashboards (MOSC) Question

Oracle ERP Cloud , Procurement Module.

Client is looking to attached a very detailed terms & conditions on every PO they will create in Oracle Cloud Procurement. None of the fields e.g. Notes , comments etc... fields can store those many characters in it.

Need help to understand how this can be achieved? How to capture more than 3000 character T&C on a PO and display it on the PO .pdf as well.

Client does not want to separate attachment to go with POs , it has to be the part of PO .pdf for legal reasons.
