Oracle database 

Upgrade from 19.18 to 19.19 with Windows database bundle patch 35046439 of 17-May-2023 09:50

After Patch installation the Patch post installation fails.

Step

datapatch -verbose

fails with message unknown path.


The reason is likely to be the missing of the

%oracle_home%\perl\bin

directory after the Patch installation step.

Only lib, man and site directory exists. No bin directory.
