EOL for Oracle Linux 7

Can someone clarify what is the EOL for Oracle Linux 7 with no support license. When will Oracle stop providing security updates to the public yum.oracle.com repository for OL7?

As per https://www.oracle.com/a/ocom/docs/elsp-lifetime-069338.pdf , Premier Support ends Jul 2024. Does that apply to the freely distributed OL7 ? or will it be EOL sooner?
