Unable to see Quality collection plan elements LOV on WO level

Dear All,

We created Quality plan with element value through API, then we generate the PM Work Order with quality plan, when we try to update the Quality plan in Wo level then element Value is coming without LOV data(Element name is showing but LOV value is not display). When we create quality plan through application then system shown the LOV value, facing issue only quality plan created by API.

If any one help regarding this point so appreciated his support.
