requesting / searching for an ulogd2 package

Oracle Linux 7/8

Is this packet available for Oracle Linux versions 7 and 8? From what I gathered, uek kernel supports logging to NFLOG. We now need a daemon to gather the info without flooding dmesg when logging dropped packets with nftables.
