Batch in D status in P0011 though Batch not posted

Hi,

We recently noticed in 9.2 instance of ours there were few batches with status of "D" in P0011 application. While checking GL we noticed that the batches have not posted. This happened for the second time to us in about a months time.

Any idea why this happens and way to fix it?
