RMA Receiving - Lot Controlled Finished Good

Oracle Applications : 12.2.5

We recently transitioned to Oracle from a different ERP system. My question is how can we receive a lot controlled finished good via an RMA for a lot number that was shipped from our legacy system and has never existed in Oracle.
