Getting Exception while issuing work order P31113

Hi,

I am facing issue where getting web exception while issuing work order. There is no IM entry in F4111 but inventory is getting subtracted or added based on BOM. In which scenario/case system is throwing "F3111WOIssuesEndDocument" exception and how to resolve this issue. This is intermediate and can not be replicable at will.
