Date Eligible

E1 9.2

Just curious as to what drives the population of Date Eligible in the F08330? Is it participation date? If a plan has no eligibility testing then what determines the Date Eligible?

The reason why I am asking is that a client has a Plan for Whole Life and the eligibility rule is NONE based on fixed effective date. The system seems to be looking at the participation date when enrolling which is 4/3/23 and applying a first of the month following 30 days which is 6/1/23. When enrolling in Enrollment with Eligibility and entering an effective date of 6/29/23, the system is ignoring my fixed effective date and wanting to enroll with a 6/1/23 date.
