JD Edwards. Error 030B when EDI Process R47011 is executed
I am having a problem when running the R47011, the error message we are getting in the Work Center is 030B "Quantity exceeds available" and the problem is that the unavailable line is being cancelled at the time of creation. This happens when we try to create a sales order from the EDI process, filling the P47010 and executing the R47011. It happens with specific data, I don't know if it is the BP or the items that have the problem.
I have already searched oracle support for information and there are two possible reasons, the first, the availability check box in the P41026 and the processing option in the P4210 to check availability.
