issue with Stage directory setup

Trying to do an upgrade from 12.1.3 to the latest 12.2. A former co-worker setup a stage directory by downloading from E-delivery for an upgrade he did last year and I used that recently and it worked as expected. However I wanted to repeat my end-to-end process to make sure I could do it again and to establish some timings.

So I thought I would setup a new stage directory and get the latest files for 12.1.12 although maybe that isn't required? Like is anything updated from 12.1.11 to 12.1.12? At any rate I downloaded what I thought were all the files needed and ran RapidWizVersion (says 12.2.0.51) and then ran buildstage.sh and it seems like everything went as expected.
