Oracle update fails in Premigrate step

During update of oracle from 12.1.0 to 19.0.0 , in the initial pre-requisite stage, there is a step to which runs Preupgradejar.bat file, below log is seen during this stage and our installation fails

one observation is about obsolete parameter, which i tried to find where it is but couldnt locate it, other than that i dont see any reasons on why it is failing.

Can you please help on getting direction to resolve this issue.
