How to recover database skip forever hugh amount of tablespaces

I have restored the CDB$ROOT, PDB$SEED and a PDB (called PDB1) to a specific time

However, followed the instructions in Doc ID 2142675.1, with around 400 tablespace on 7 other pdbs which i do not want to recover, i can not use the below command due to long string:

recover database skip forever tablespace PDB2:TBS1, ....;

Please give me an alternatives.

i'm using Oracle DB 19c, version 19.10.0.0.0.
