GL Wand error

in Financials for EMEA - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We are currently on eBS v. 12.2.7 and using GL Wand v. 5.10 and using Database Oracle 12c (12.1.0.2.0).

We have upgraded our DB from 12c to 19c.

After upgrade when we navigate to the Excel4apps Wands responsibility, we are getting an error: The Excel4apps servlet could not be found. Please contact your System Administrator or DBA. Most likely cause is that either AutoConfig was not run or the Applications tier was not restarted after the Excel4apps installation.

We ran AutoConfig again but still the same error persists.


We also noticed something.

In our current Production (12c DB) when we hit the url:
