CPIC FastTrack BY25 - Release 3

This package contains three major updates:

• Reintroduction of the FEA BRM Codes. For the BY25 submission, only the Primary code will be submitted – please review the What’s New Document for how this data is being reintroduced.
• New Ledger Report objects – OMB is now allowing the submission of IT Solution Cost data to be submitted only for Standard Investments (Standard IT Infrastructure Investments in Part 3). OMB will not accept this data for any other Investment Type, so I’ve added a filtering logic to the mapping file in case you decide to start gathering this data for other Investment types (i.e. Major, Non-Major, etc.). Other than this, there’s currently no validations that have been published for these new data elements.
