How to send signed acknowlegement to the FDA

Hi Team,

I sent a report to the FDATST last day and asked for a ACK back. But the FDA authority told me that the ACK sending failed due to "Failure: Requested signed acknowledgement but received unsigned acknowledgement." . So how can I send a signed acknowledgement? Please check my security configuration below:
