Any idea when we should expect a fix for unpublished bug Bug 35304591 - NPE IN NLSLANGLISTENER WHEN NLS_LANG DIFFERENT THAN AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8?

My client needs SQLcl 23.1 for improved UTF-8 support against AL32UTF8 databases, but it must also support NLS_LANG WE8MSWIN1252 against WE8ISO8859P1.
