APEX 22.2.3 Import Error

Apex v22.2.3


Hi,

We are getting "This page was already submitted and can not be re-submitted" error message when import applications using the builder. We tried to import an Apex 21.2.5 and Apex 22.2.3 export files, both got the same error.

Is there a patch that we need to install?
