21.10 & 19.19 Windows Oracle EXPDP Fails to Export to Network Share

I will create a SR to work with Oracle Support on this issue, but I am posting this message in case someone already know a workaround for the problem.

!!! UNC path \\redarchive4\pssoldb\db_bkp_act_yes\MCSDBORA4\mcs1\dpdump is not a simbolic link !!!
