Oracle VM: Failed To Install Oracle VM Server On A Dell PowerEdge R640 Server (Doc ID 2397433.1

Kindly provide teh fix for this - since oracle state that that issue will be fixed on the higher version. bu tried with multiple version oracle vm server still the issuer persists with unable to find disk duuring the installtion phase
