How to applying Landed Cost to Received into Routing and Partially Moved into Stock?

Dear All

I had a problem using both the Receiving Route and the Landed Cost .Let me describe it with an example:

1.I received 100 quantities to Receiving Route(P43250),and then move 10 quantities to stock(STK)

2.Apply Landed Cost in P43214 for 10 quantities to stock.There comes the problem:The Form of Landed Cost Selection(P43291) is blank.

I don't know what the reason is.Can you give me a solution？

I've turned on the processing options：

P43214 the process option 4 of process tab :Apply Landed Cost to Partially Sticked quantities of Partially Received quantities with Routing turned on
P43214 the process option 5 of version tab: landed cost selection(P43291)
