Bring test system (PY) up/down

Typically we only have our Production (Prod - PD) JDE Financials system up during the week. I need to request another instance/system to be brought up via our CNC support group when we do some development/testing. That request, due to the CNC group being off-shore, always takes at least a day and sometimes 2 days.

I'm pretty good/proficient with the JDE/E1 client as we are constantly updating the job scheduler and performing user security activities.

Can someone walk me through how I would start the PY [CRP] test instance from E1 so that I can do it quickly as needed.
