Fusion Seniority Date 23B - Can we delay the migration from V2 to V3 post 23B upgrade?

Oracle Fusion - Version 13 - 23B update

We are currently in V2 Seniority date. As oracle is removing the V2 Seniority dates in 23B do we need to move to V3 immediately? Is there any timeline to move to V3? Can we migrate V3 seniority dates in future post 23B upgrade?
