Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. we are getting error as

''SEGMENT1 of MTL_CATEGORIES does not exist14950260  for item 21796853''


in above error '14950260  = wip job'
and 21796853 = inventory item id

please let me know if any one having any idea about this error
