R4981 & R42565 removes unit cost

Hi,

We are on JDE E1 910 and it has been identified that somehow during freight update (R4981) and invoice print (R42565), the programs are removing cost for the orders. The cost are added during ship confirm but is removed when the order status moves ahead. It is specific for one company and one order type. It is strange since not all the orders are missing cost during freight update and invoicing. These programs are on scheduler with respective versions.

Any help would be much appreciated since we have tested every program functionally and its updating cost during testing using various versions of R4981 & R42565.
