Is their any way to calculate the forecast amounts for mutiple projects at once?

We recently upgraded from Oracle EBS 12.2.3 to 12.2.12 ver.

In the older version we have a budget defined in Forms (12.2.3) with no forecast. Now our client wants to generate forecast amounts to those older projects. Please let me know if we need to do manually update them for each project or is any other way where we can do in a single go.
