Can we update Requestor at PO Line Level?

Hello,

When I use the Mass Update of Requisition Program to update Requestor, I see at the PO Line Level - there is no requestor update (or rather is empty). Is this expected behavior? If so, is there a way to update the Requestor at the PO Line Level as well?
